At Jay Precision, innovation and technology have been at the forefront since inception in 1988. The core competencies lie within R&D and providing turnkey solutions for complex products. We provide solutions right from concept design and development to tooling and special-purpose machinery. Providing Quality at the right price was, and remains to this day the primary goal as a whole.
In the 30 years of our formation, Jay Precision Products India Pvt Ltd has expanded and diversified substantially within the sector of manufacturing pharmaceutical devices, toys, precision-engineered components, special-purpose machines and LED luminaires under the guidance of the founder and MD, Mr Xerxes Rao.
Infrastructure
With over 10 state-of-the-art facilities in Mumbai, Goa, Baddi & Patalganga, we have expanded exponentially to diversify into new verticals. Having started out with pharmaceutical devices, we now have extensive experience in industries like toys, med-tech, special purpose machines & electronics. This has opened the gateway to the field of LED luminaries.
Our highly advanced tool-room boasts of the best available machines for precision tool-making. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with a fleet of over 150 injection moulding machines with high end automation and material handling integrations systems.
With the business growing steadily and our ambitious growth plans, we have invested heavily in a new facility which sprawls over 600K sq.ft. This export oriented unit (EOU) is strategically located near the port and caters to customers that are purely export-oriented.
We value and take pride in our human resources – Well trained and experienced staff follows Best Practices at every step of the process. An efficient Quality Assurance team ensures timely delivery with superior quality. We exercise regular audits to meet the social, ethical and other global requirements including 9001-2015, 13485:2016, SMETA 4-Pillar, GSV, RBA and SCAN-CTPAT .
