Sustainable Program Activities
Our 1MW Captive Solar facility
We are committed to creating technologies and products that provide industry-backed superiority in a sustainable manner. We continue to lower our carbon footprint and seek more circular supply chain techniques. Our plan for managing energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions boosts process efficiency, lowers CO2 emissions and increases energy efficiency. The programme emphasises:
- Delivering renewable energy solutions and growing renewable installations, Setup of a 1MW captive solar facility
- Implementing energy-saving projects at facilities
- Installing energy-efficient HVAC systems
- LED light fixture replacements
- Improving maintenance programmes and building control systems
Going Beyond Planting Trees
As part of our initiative for environmental sustainability and greenery, we planted more than 1,000 seedlings. Our Biodiversity and Nature Plan seeks to go above and beyond, using nature-based solutions and scientific guidance to generate co-benefits for both the community and biodiversity. Every year on June 5, a Plantation Activity Drive is held to honour nature, recognise its benefits, and support the Environmental Sustainability Initiative.
The purpose of this campaign is to raise environmental awareness among all people, educate them about healthy behaviour, and persuade them to change bad habits that harm the ecosystem.
