The machine building department manufactures special-purpose machines to cater to the needs of the customers, primarily for the pharmaceutical industry.
We have a dedicated team in charge of managing and constructing the machines, a field in which we have gathered vast expertise over the last 30 years.
Automation
We strive to incorporate the latest technologies in the machinery, many of which are servo controlled and cam driven and have a vision systems for inspection. We cater to a separate set of audiences as well as captive consumers ordering for applications such as stickering, tagging, product sub-assembly, and so on. An additional utilisation of this capability is to automate our assembly lines thus allowing us to provide better quality, reliability, higher output and add value to the clients and customers.
We have supplied several fully automatic machines such as Form Fill Seal Machines for pilfer proof eyedrops and respules, Powder filling machines, Aerosol Filling lines and Metered Dose Inhaler assembly machines to customers such as Cipla.
